General Policy

Physical Location: 13389 US Highway 16A Custer, SD 57730. Driving Directions: From Rapid City take Hwy 79 south past Hermosa. Go west on Hwy 36 into Custer State Park, connecting to 16A. Follow the signs to the State Game Lodge.

Written Cancellation Policy

Standard Cabin Policy: When you book a room, the cost of your room for the first and last night (plus tax) is required as a deposit. We will refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the arrival date. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. Specialty Group Cabin Policy: Requires 100% deposit up front at the time of booking, plus tax. We will refund your deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 90 days before the arrival date. There is a $25.00 cancellation fee. All service fees are non refundable.

Other Policy

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. A 2 day deposit is required at the time of booking up until 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be refunded outside of 30 days minus a $50 cancellation fee. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Reservations for the Rally dates cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund only if the room/cabin is re-rented minus a $50 cancellation fee. Early checkouts will result in the deposit balance being held until the remaining nights are re-rented.
