This 4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom A-frame Vacation home with garage is located 1.5 miles south of Terry Peak Ski Area, 10 miles from Deadwood and 7 miles from Spearfish Canyon on Rochford Road. This home has a fully furnished kitchen, Laundry Facilities, Satellite TV, WIFI, Hot Tub and Deck with BBQ. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second floor. Perfect location for motorcycling, golf, fly fishing, Hiking, skiing and Deadwood events and activities. Newly remodeled in 2020 our home is equipped with a new kitchen, gas heaters on both floors, new digital washer and dryer, high-speed internet, satellite TV, DVD player, radio, and a writing desk to provide you with whatever level of technology you may be comfortable with. This is a non-smoking facility, and each level is equipped with a smoke detector. This home has a fully furnished kitchen, Laundry Facilities, Satellite TV, WIFI, Hot Tub and Deck with BBQ. 2 of the bedrooms are on the first floor and 2 are on the second floor. There is a Queen Bed in each bedroom. 2 Bathrooms (one on each floor) 1 with a Jacuzzi tub and the other with a shower (no tub). There is no phone and no AC in this home but fans are provided in each of the bedrooms. No smoking and No Pets 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights 4 Queen Beds/1 Sofa Bed Sleeps 10 23 Miles from Sturgis | 10 miles from Deadwood Approx. 1/4 mile of gravel driveway.

Written Cancellation Policy
STANDARD POLICY: If reservation is cancelled 30 or more prior to arrival 25% of deposit is non-refundable. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival reservation is nonrefundable. A $1000 Refundable damage deposit is required at the time of arrival and will be collected by the homeowner. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY AND PRE- RALLY POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled prior to May 1st, the deposit is non refundable. If a reservation is cancelled on or after May 1st, no refund is due. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. All service fees non refundable.

STANDARD POLICY: First night is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival, and will be automatically charged to your card. A $1000 Refundable damage deposit is required at the time of arrival and will be collected by the homeowner. The homeowner has 10 days after your departure to refund the deposit. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY POLICY: Private home rentals require 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final payment is due May 1st. A $1000 Refundable damage deposit is required at the time of arrival and will be collected by the homeowner. The homeowner has 10 days after your departure to refund the deposit.
