Written Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled by 3 p.m. MT 72 hours or more prior to the arrival date, will be charged $50.00 plus the 5% handling fee. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date are non-refundable Holiday Reservations (December 20 – January 2, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend and other special events) - $50.00 plus the 5% service fee if the reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. Non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
Written Deposit Policy
Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is automatically taken 14 days prior to arrival.

STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY DEPOSIT: This deposit policy is in effect only for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Equivalent of one nights rental is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due June 1st and will automatically be charged to your credit card. Your reservation is confirmed at the time of booking. Please sign and return the attached contract from BLACK HILLS CENTRAL RESERVATIONS acknowledging our policies. STURGIS MOTORCYCLE RALLY CANCELLATION: This cancellation policy is only in effect for the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. If a reservation is cancelled prior to June 1st, there is a full refund less a 1 nights deposit. If a reservation is cancelled after June 1st, no refund is due.
